At VibraIPTV, we stand behind the quality of our services and strive to provide the best possible experience to all our customers. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: You did not receive your IPTV subscription or activation details after purchase within a reasonable time.
Technical Issues: You experienced persistent technical issues (e.g., channels not loading, major service interruptions) that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time after you contacted our support team.
Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error or payment processing issue.
Unsupported Device or Region: You purchased a plan and later found out your device or geographic region is not supported, and you had no prior way of knowing.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after service was activated or delivered.
You failed to read the service/device compatibility instructions or channel list before purchase.
You experienced minor interruptions or occasional buffering (which can occur due to user-side issues such as internet quality).
The refund request was made after the refund window (see Section 3) expired.
You purchased a trial plan or a promotional/discounted offer marked as non-refundable.
You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in suspension or termination of your account.
You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the original purchase.
After 7 days, refund eligibility expires and no refunds will be issued.

Reason for refund request
Any screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days and respond with a decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted based on usage period or remaining subscription time, especially for multi-month or yearly plans.
Example: If you purchased a 6-month subscription and only used it for 5 days before experiencing unresolved service issues, a prorated refund may be considered.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account, and you may be permanently banned from using VibraIPTV in the future.
